This Guardian Building is a dog and horse stall 60x100x14 enclosed with 60x50x14 open shelter w/ a 10×50 awning on a 2/12 pitch. It has our standard trim package with gutters and downspouts in polar white, with a galvalume roof and crimson red sides. It also has 3” insulation in the roof and sides of enclosure, 6- framed openings for 3×3 windows, 4- personnel walk thru doors, 1- 6070 personnel walk thru door, 2- 12×12 roll up doors, 4- 4×8 framed openings for horse stalls and 5,750 sq ft 4” concrete slab.
